14 Ocean in Spring14 Ocean Street is a two-story waterfront (Belfast Bay / Penobscot Bay) home located 8 blocks from the center of town on a quiet dead-end street in Belfast, Maine.  The house was built in 1909 and fully re-built in 2009 to provide modern amenities while maintaining the charm and relaxed atmosphere of a summer cottage. It contains 3 bedrooms, 2-3/4 baths, living, dining and kitchen spaces and an attached deck overlooking the water.  There is also an optional 2-story water-view guesthouse with a 1stfloor king bedroom and bath and a 2ndfloor living/dining/kitchenette space.
